Products supplied range from individual printed circuit boards to completely assembled and tested box-build systems. We provide printed circuit board assembly (SMT and thru-hole), wire and cable harness assembly, box-build assembly, engineering services and repair station services.
From electronic design to repair, thru-hole to surface mount, or kitted to turnkey, S and Y will meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We have quality trained and IPC Certified employees. Each are stationed at individually grounded and ESD safe workplaces. Throughout the assembly processes, all assemblies are given a first piece, in-process and final inspection. Each kit is accompanied by assembly drawings, work instructions and visual aids such as pictures or sample assemblies.
Our manufacturing services do not end after delivery of product to our customers. To assure customers who trust S and Y with their products, we offer a range of post-manufacturing services such as product re-working, product upgrading and managing of engineering changes.
